Since Gwyneth started flashing her pins in super-short dresses paired with fashion-forward, chunky shoes, we’ve all been wondering how she got her legs looking that good. Now it seems her beauty secrets may be spilled as there are rumours she is planning on releasing a fitness video where she talks candidly about how she stays looking perfect, according to Splash News.
A source said: “Her idea is to show, step by step, what she does every day to stay in shape. There won’t be much fancy equipment involved either, because her workout is mostly yoga, some basic Pilates and flexibility, and resistance training.”
Like good friend Madonna, Gwyneth has previously talked about how she undergoes a tough, workout session with a personal trainer daily. As one of the ambassadors for Estee Lauder, I’m sure she gets to use a few of their gorgeous leg creams and body lotions too, to keep her skin looking glowing.
Apparently Gwyneth is planning to shoot the video at her estate by the coast, in New York’s Amagansett, where she reputedly just had a pilates studio built. So, will she be the next Jane Fonda? Who’s to say, but I’m sure I’m not alone in wanting to know all her health and beauty secrets. Who wouldn’t want those legs, after all?
