Not always choosing a low-fat food or beverages is healty. some food or baverages that you think is healty, unfortunetly is not that really health.
Its a traps. Avoid some of this traps, so yoou will not have to frustration on your body weight.

Flavoury Yogurt
Yogurt have a lots of calsium and protein. But flavour in yogurt usualy coming from an addition sweet that contain sugar.
In the end, you will eat an extra sugar. You should choose the original yogurt without addition flavour.

Orange Juice
You might always think this kind of beverages is healty and full of vitamin C. But, the truth is one glass of orange juice contain twice bigger of calorie than one orange fruit! Surprize?

Free Fat Jelly Candy
In appearent, this food is much more healty than ordinary candy. But sugar in it just like dope, makes you always want it for some more.
